WHERE IS EVOLUTION HAPPENING IN 2019?

DRUMHELLER, ALBERTA (SOLD OUT) / APRIL 14-16, 2019.

PRINCE EDWARD ISLAND (NOW OPEN FOR REGISTRATION) / SEPT 8-10, 2019.

ELORA, ONTARIO (SOLD OUT) / SEPT 13-15, 2019.

In my case the workshop was ideal because while I was happy with what photography had done for myself, but I knew I could be doing more with it, and needed the guidance and support from a leader and group of people who have been there or are at the same stage themselves. I now have a clearer idea of the first steps I need to take to market myself, and a number of ideas to follow up on rather than dream about. The support after the workshop is a group of people who motivate, give feedback, hold others accountable, and share their successes in hopes of inspiring others.

I absolutely can’t recommend this workshop highly enough. In fact, I’d like to take it again so that I could absorb more of not just Dave’s wisdom but also the creative energy imparted from the group itself.

This is a game-changer workshop for all photographers, no matter what stage they are at in their professional or artistic pursuits. As a participant, you will definitely laugh, you might cry, and you will be challenged and supported by not just Dave but by the others in this small group of participants. By the end of the 3 day workshop you will have a clearly defined vision of your creative and photographic goals and also possess the tools needed to help you be “successful” in presenting your vision to your targeted audience. And you will also come away with a new “family” of like-minded photographers that understand the steps of the journey that you have committed to take. After the workshop is over, this family will continue to not just support and encourage you but also will hold you accountable to keep walking the path that you have identified to achieve your short and long term goals. All these pieces, when added up, will certainly contribute to your evolution as a “successful” Photographer, whatever success might mean to you. Don’t let fear prevent you from signing up for this workshop for as you’ll learn, fear is the biggest reason for failure. Be brave & sign up, you won’t regret it!

Before Dave’s EVOLUTION Workshop I wasn’t sure which direction to take my photography business. Where do I go from here? Running a business is complicated. Do I know enough? Do I have the right approach and skills?
I learned to develop a business plan around my passion. I learned that hard work trumps everything. But instead of being overwhelmed by big ideas, I learned to start with some key decisions and tasks that move me forward to my next phase. And I learned I am not alone. All of us in the workshop are now surrounded by a creative crew of decent people to help us move our businesses forward.

”This workshop provides the opportunity and environment to gain his insights and creative process that he has experienced over his career. The material introduced by Dave is a deep dive into the business of photography, the need to continually seek creative opportunities and how to use the power of critique to advance your progress. This workshop is designed to organize your thoughts and move you forward all while being a decent human being!. An excellent opportunity for photographers of any skill level looking to move their passion to another level. Evolution is a workshop not to be missed.
