The other day I posted up an overview of my time in 2026 spent in Italy, almost entirely in Siena. The portfolio I posted was a Black and White collection, and it can be found here: https://davebrosha.com/blog/2026/10/31/street-photography-from-siena-italy
Today, the colour version. It’s about double the size of the amount of images I posted up in B+W, which surprised me because I generally shoot more black and white than colour work these days. I guess a testament to the rich colours of Siena and surrounding areas: some places speak to me for a stylistic preference more than others.
In any case, here’s my collection of colour work from Italy.
Photography is an expression of your own puzzle pieces, as much as you’re showcasing the puzzle pieces of what makes a place “tick”. Here’s some of those visual wanderings from the month. I just finished three iterations of PORTFOLIO: Siena and already can’t wait to get back with my next groups in April of 2027.
PS - want to join me for my next iteration (I may add a third set of dates in 2027, and most certainly a set of dates in 2028)? Let me know and send me an email to davebrosha@gmail.com
